L.A. Dodger “dodges” DUI


In a beneficial twist of fate, Dodger’s James Loney has avoided being charged with a DUI, after being arrested and booked under suspicion of driving under the influence. According to USA TODAY , after review of the information presented by the arresting officers the district attorney decided there was insufficient evidence to support a prosecution.
