The former Nickelodeon star was due in a Los Angeles courtroom on September 24th for her California DUI case arising from an arrest in April of 2012. Bynes, however, missed her court date and her attorney is claiming that she was mentally unfit to stand trial.

Actress Amanda Bynes, 26, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence early Friday morning. A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy marked car was preparing to turn right onto Santa Monica Boulevard from Robertson Boulevard when Bynes clipped the Deputy’s vehicle.
